SCRIPT READING
GROUP

READ. PLAY. CONNECT.

All are welcome MONDAY March 27th at 6:00 PM at Book From Tape Script Reading Group!

This is a monthly group and the idea is really very simple: We get together, we sit around a table, and we read a script aloud. It's a fun way to become more acquainted with published contemporary plays and screenplays while networking with a group of other actors and storytellers .  This is a free event, and we provide the digital scripts! This is an in-person, monthly event that will meet at our studio.

In honor of the spooky season, this month we'll be reading:

The Lieutenant of Inishmore!

This is a free event, but donations will be collected to go towards our Book From Tape Scholarship Fund.

UPCOMING:

A lietenant of Ishmore Graphic.jpeg

Irish terrorist “Mad Padraic” cares about one thing, and one alone, and -- despite his title as the lieutenant of Inishmore’s Irish National Liberation Army -- it’s not his fight for Irish independence. It’s his cat. This dark and bloody comedy, is the second play in Martin McDonough’s Aaran Islands trilogy, which also includes The Cripple of Inishmaan and The Banshees of Inisheer.

CW: Strong language and violence to humans and animals

This is a free event, but donations are accepted to go towards our Book From Tape Scholarship fund.
