Erin Beute



Erin Beute is an award-winning SAG-AFTRA actor, composer and
screenwriter. She holds a BA in Performing Arts Education, and has
taught in public and private school settings for over 15 years. She’s repped by Brevard Talent Group, Paramount Talent, and House of Reps. For the last 10 years she has coached and taught young actors at The Mezz, Skyra Studios, SHINE (an Atlanta-based talent development company) and in her own private studio.


Erin is a working actor. Her network and studio credits for FOX, CBS,
NBC, LIFETIME and more. As a screenwriter and producer, Erin’s work has expanded in a short time. Her latest short film, BIRD’S EYE has won 15 film festival awards and 5 nominations – including two BEST ACTRESS, BEST SHORT FILM, BEST MUSIC SCORE, BEST SCREENPLAY. BIRD’S EYE has now been developed as a multi-season series. She has also written, WAITING FOR GODIVA, THE PLAYGROUND, CIVIL PREDATOR, and WOMAN’S WORK. She is currently co-writing the dark comedy, PEGGY and adapting a novel for screen, MERIWEATHER.

Erin teaches on-camera acting and coaches privately here at Book From Tape. She considers working with young actors a privilege. She values the significance of training the next generation of actors to fully live the stories they tell. She lives in Florida with her husband and two children on their organic egg farm. Yes, she’s eclectic.
